Albion is a farming and suburban community located 13 miles east of Waterville, in eastern Kennebec County. With 39 square miles and one of the largest dairy herds in the state, the town is also gaining population at the rate of 2 percent per year. U.S. 202 runs through the small commercial center of Albion Village.
