Randolph consists of an urban village, located directly across the Kennebec River from Gardiner, and 6 miles south of Augusta, in Kennebec County. At 2.1 square miles, Randolph is the smallest municipality in Maine. Its area is almost entirely developed. The primary route through Randolph is State Route 27.
